Law and Jurisdiction These general conditions shall be interpreted under the laws in force in Spain in the field, which will apply in all that is not provided herein. (Law Ley 34/2002 de 11 de julio de servicios de la información y comercio electrónico) .

Payment To purchase you need to add each of the items you want in "Add to Cart". To make the payment, it is very important that you fill the form with all required data. Then you must click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. In Secretos Beach you can pay via credit card: the payment information will be sent by an advanced encryption system to ensure the confidentiality of the operation.

Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD We guarantee that every transaction made at Secretos Beach is safe. All operations involving the transmission of personal information or bank details are carried out within a safe environment. Also the data on your credit card are not recorded in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale Bank).
In both cases, when paying with VISA or MASTERCARD you will be always prompted for the following information: the card number, the expiry date and a validation code which coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, offering, thus, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

Price and terms of offer validityPrices shown below each product are final (including VAT) and only shipping costs need to be added. Prices are shown in Euros. The prices and conditions shown are valid at all times but have validity effect only in the current open session. In order confirmation, before the buyer accepts the transaction, prices are clearly specified for each of the selected items, the delivery charges that will apply and promotions or discounts which, if any, apply.

The prices shown in Secretos Beach may be reviewed and modified at any time.
If there is a typo in any of the displayed prices and a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, we will notify the client of the error and the customer is entitled to cancel the order at no charge.

Stocks of Articles Each product file shows its availability. If when looking for one of our products, a note informs you that we don’t not have the item you want in stock, you can contact us to order it.
Even if we check our stock in a regular basis, in the exceptional case that the requested items are definitely out of stock we will inform you immediately. Our team will be happy to help you in finding a suitable alternative

If you decide that without that product you are not interested in the rest of the purchase, we will cancel the shipment and we will refund the money. If you prefer to wait, we will send the rest of the items you have ordered and as soon as the not available item is ready, we’ll send it to you. The cost of the second shipment will run on our own. If the item is definitely out of stock, we will reimburse you the full amount.

DeliveryOrder delivery is organized by Secretos Beach via carrier.
Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser, therefore Secretos Beach assumes no responsibility if delivery cannot be made as a result of the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete or if delivery cannot happen due to absence of the recipient. If there is absence of the recipient, Secretos Beach will attempt delivery again as soon as possible, and if delivery is not possible, the package will be returned. In this case, the customer will be refunded for the money paid for the goods but not for the delivery.

Secretos Beach recommends indicating the place of delivery in an accurate way, you can provide your business address or the address of a friend or relative. For deliveries in hospitals, in public organizations and in any other building with access restrictions to the general public, Secretos Beach does not guarantee that it is made directly to the recipient. The delivery will be considered executed and released from liability, when the order has been made available to the recipient at the reception where takes place the access control. Under no circumstances we will ship to PO boxes.

Delivery times are calculated in working days and can be altered by local or national holidays. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there are no collection service and orders delivery orders, a fact which must be taken into account in calculating delivery times. In periods with special circumstances (dates such as Christmas, transport strikes, extraordinary events ...), shipments may be delayed.

Secretos Beach does not guarantee delivery at specific hours. If the purchaser indicates a specific delivery date or shows a preference for a particular time slot, this will be taken as a guideline only. Secretos Beach will communicate this preference to the carrier so that, as far as possible, delivery will happen in conformity to this indication. Secretos Beach does not assume any other obligation or liability.

When an order has left our office to be delivered to the customer, we have no chance of recovery. If a customer would like to cancel an order after it has already been sent, he will be refunded for the money paid for the goods but not for the delivery.

Delivery Rates Product price and delivery prices are always detailed separately.
The rates are calculated based on the weight of the items to be sent.

  • Spain - Mainland:  the price is 5 €, for a wet bag and 7 € for a board bag
  • Spain - Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:  the price is 7 €, for a wet bag and 9 € for a board bag
  • Rest of world:  Contact us for prices and availability.

For shipments to Andorra, we must keep in mind that shipping cost does not include additional customs charges and taxes that will always be paid on arrival by the receiver of the goods.

WarrantyAll Secretos Beach items have warranty.

Defects or damages due to incorrect use or handling of materials or wear caused by normal use, are not included in this warranty. The decrease in the functionality of the items, due to limitations of design thereof, is also excluded from coverage under this warranty.

Returning an item If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order, to return the unused product and exchange it for another product or a money refund (art. 44 de la Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista modificada por la Ley 47/2002, de 19 de diciembre).

It is very important that you return/exchange the product neatly packaged, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use and the delivery note. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. No changes or refunds are allowed on products already in use, except for manufacturing defects.

The return shipping to our warehouse at Secretos Beach charge in scenario 1 and at customer charge in scenario 2 .
Scenario 1:

  • The product is defective or has suffered any damage during delivery
  • The product is defective or has suffered any damage during delivery
  • Secretos Beach bear the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product. We will repair or replace the product immediately

Scenario 2:

  • Customer doesn’t want the product anymore and it’s in the 7-day window
  • The customer pays the cost of returning the product .

Return procedure:Scenario 1:  (Product is defective or has suffered some kind of damage during shipment or we sent the wrong product)

  1. Contact us through info@secretosbeach.com  address before returning any product. This is very important to prevent errors in refund charges.
  2. Secretos Beach will send an email with the steps for return procedure.
    We would appreciate that if you need a product return, you try to make the package as small as possible because the cost of transport is by weight and volume of packages. In this way you will help us to pay less for the return itself.
  3. Please remember to send the complete product in the original packaging.

IMPORTANT:  All charges for not having contacted Secretos Beach before returning will be deducted from the refund amount.

Scenario 2:  (customer not satisfied)

  1. Contact us through info@secretosbeach.com  address to explain us the reason for the return

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and check that above mentioned conditions are met, Secretos Beach will accept the return of the product and will proceed with amount refund, according to the method of payment or, if applicable, with the shipment of new product.

If payment was made via credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card.

Customer will receive a refund of the amount within a period of 20 days from receipt of the product to our warehouse. Please note that when paying by credit card is likely that your bank will not show the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.
